We use farm fresh California milk to craft our creamy, deeply-flavorful ice creams, then bundle them into soft, perfectly chewy rice dough. The secret to our lusciously creamy coffee mochi ice cream is freshly-brewed chicory coffee, plus a pinch of bittersweet cocoa powder for an even more intense flavor. It’s like sipping a Vietnamese Iced Coffee on your French Quarter balcony on a hot July morning, but in three bites. Gluten-Free. Each Sweety mochi ice cream is a delightful little edible adventure. Made with all natural ice cream, manufactured in house with farm fresh milk.
Ingridents:
For the Mochi Dough:
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour (Mochiko)
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¾ cup brewed coffee (cooled)
- ½ cup cornstarch (for dusting)
For the Ice Cream Filling:
- 1 cup coffee-flavored ice cream (or vanilla with coffee extract)
